It’s Okay Today
If today doesn‘t feel quite right, that’s okay. You don‘t have to hide it, and you don’t have to pretend to be strong. You didn‘t sleep well last night, but you still got up. The coffee tastes wrong, and everything around you seems half a beat off. Ignore the messages you don’t want to answer. Skip the things you don‘t feel like doing. Not every feeling needs a reason. Not every day has to be a good day. You can just stay where you are, let the sadness breathe, and let time pass slowly. Let today be what it is. It won’t last forever. Even if it lingers, it will eventually pass. You don‘t have to fix anything. You don’t have to be anything. You‘re simply here — and that’s already enough.
