Sundance & The Music In Blue, is primarily 3 guys whose influences span just about every style of music. Fronted by Sundance, (guitars,lead/background vocals) who is a very energetic performer, the bands music is a groovin mixture of funky blues, rock, r&b, and a spice of latin. Bass player Calvin Jacobs, and drummer Skip Reeves, (affectionately known as the "Worlds Tallest Drummer", lead/background vocals) combined to form a solid rhythm section that gives energy, life, and substance to the material performed here.The bands live performances have always brought enthusiastic responses from the crowds! The groups credits,include backing up several national singing groups, but on "Blue Planet -­ We All Live Here", they stepped out to write,sing,and perform their own songs! In recording this release, they enlisted the help of some musical friends, (Eric Baines, Christy Rae Belk, Darren Crisp, and Erica Brown, on background vocals. Ricardo Pena on Piano & Organ, Holly Holverson on Strings & Synthesizers, and 15 yr old Katelyn Harris, doing the tap dancing on the song "Dancer" to round out this recording project.
