This is a powerpop/rock EP demo of a compilation of originals written and composed by up-and-coming 12 year old star Richard Schaafsma. The songs are catchy and fun and it is hard to believe it was solely composed by a 12 year old. Richard has been playing since 6 years old and is proficient in guitar, drums, bass and keyboards. He has played with several popular area bands and has been on stage with some of rock's legends, including Leslie West and Corkey Lange and Mountain, BBKing, Vernon Reid of Living Colour, Peter Frampton, John Wetton of Asia, Adrian Belew of King Crimson. He has opened up for Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers at the QuickChek Balloon Festival. And has played The Bamboozle in Giants Stadium, twice--first time at 11 years old.
