My name is Milton L. Delgado. I live in a small town in Pennsylvania called: Moscow, with my wonderful wife, Wanda and our Black Lab Puppy: "Smoky Bear". I always like to point out that, although I'm living in the Country now, I was born and raised in "Da Bronx". New York City will always be in my blood!
