Katy Oliver and Andrew Sharpe provide freelance A&R, development, production, management and agency services. We aim to seek out and work with new and developing bands, musicians and other performing artists. We represent artists either without or in support of their own management. The roster is chosen by recommendation and invitation only. Our clients generally have links to folk, blues, jazz or other roots musical forms and aspire to artistic and commercial development: moving from a good Pro‐am standard to professional status. Our aim is to market our artists to promoters, venues, festival organisers, specialist retailers, studios and to act as a feeder and filtering agency for established managers, producers, booking agents, publishers and record companies.
