Diamante is a Latin band most often described as high energy Latino. They are based in Kansas City Kansas and fit into many Latin genres such as Latin pop, Latin rock, Tejano, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton and many others. Diamante was nominated for best band outside of the state of Texas at the 2004 Tejano Academy Music Awards in San Antonio Texas.
