Downlow is a rising talent from Spokane Washington with a versitile Westcoast sound. Grwoing up he had a great ear for music and has been writting since the age of thirteen. His backround of music can involve a Westcoast street sound to Hyphy sound or maybe even R&B sound. Downlow was discovered as feeling underated as an independent artist and therefor felt he was often on the "Downlow" of the music scene however yet still loved throughout his reigon.
