Mikalogic steps up and his waterlily track expresses completely with a strong foundation the great talent this Portuguese is. ''Waterlily'' a track so subtle and rhythmic yet mysterious includes 3 remixes. First two remixes are from well known globe - trotting producer Pezzner whom we had the chance to express the feeling of working with. Second remix comes from our triangle family member London based producer Stevie R head honcho of Inside Out records. '' Waterlily '' starts with a rhythmic pattern with no kick which immediately incorporates a low frequency leading the foundation to set the pace of the track. The background pads make it a perfect combination before the main guitar riff kicks in. The melody it creates is intriguing yet delightful . The foundation of the track continues with a perfect rhythmic continuity. Perfect for the dancefloor . We would call it a mild-bang dancefloor tune (if that exists) The break down kicks in and everything makes sense now. We just want to dance. Pezzner delivers two remixes for the triangle. First remix called the ''Swamp dig remix'' which could be interpreted as the main mix and it honestly , has the vibe of swamp digging literally !. Imagine yourself swamp digging but musically. No idea? well this producer is so talented it makes you understand what we're talking about. This version is perfect for the dancefloor . Pezzner definitely interprets his idea of the tune perfectly. Second remix called ''Unsettled Affair'' has no words of description hence we don't know the real background of the name of the remix. But music is something we usually can't describe and Pezzner continues delivering the plates to the table. This version of the remix is more laid back , more of a stripped down version of it. He plays with different elements and it creates a really cool vibe we'd love to hear at sunrise . It's subtle, It's groovy It's play me at 6am tag on this one. Stevie R delivers an impressive remix this time. Stevie R is one of the artists shaping the musical vision we have for ''The inverted triangle'' . His remix starts off with a subtle intro which starts to set the pace of the low frequency sine wave bass line which immediately recreates the vibe and feel of waterlily but with his artist vibe. As soon as the plethora of sounds kick in it's full on throttle with this one. The bass line is heavy , the melody starts with a mysterious pattern developing seamlessly , the synth hits gives it a delightful eerie feeling yet hypnotising and groovy and melodic.
